The pre-conference workshop or tutorial registration is not included in the conference registration.

Full registration includes:

  • Conference session admission, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, from Tuesday 3 - Thursday 5 July 2007

  • One ticket to The Prisoners Dilemma, interactive theatrical performance (tickets are limited and therefore are on a first-in, first-served basis).
  • Additional tickets to The Prisoners Dilemma, subject to availability
  • Conference handbook and abstracts volume.

  • Entry into the trade display
    The Conference Dinner is an optional activity at additional cost

Day registration includes:

  • Conference session admission, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, on the indicated day only Tuesday 3 - Thursday 5 July 2007

The Conference Dinner and Welcome Reception are not included and are optional activities at additional cost. Tickets: Welcome reception - $A50 per person; Conference Dinner - $A85 per person.

Delegate satchels are not guaranteed for late or on-site registrants.

Pre-conference workshops and tutorials include

  • Morning or afternoon tea and a light lunch (half-day)
  • Handouts may be provided for the relevant session only.

The pre-conference workshops and tutorials are optional activities at an additional cost and are not included in the Complex'07 Conference registration fee. Participants must be registered delegates to attend the pre-conference workshops and tutorials.

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian Bank and free of all charges. Alternatively, payment by credit card is acceptable. Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card. Please note that debits to your credit card, for registration fees only, will appear as HI Event Management on your credit card statement.

Payment must accompany your registration form. Complex’07 Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Online: Registration is available online at www.complex07.org. Please note, credit card details are required for accommodation bookings when booking online. If an accommodation deposit is being paid by cheque you will not be able to register online.

Fax: Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card.

Mail: Alternatively, your registration form may be mailed with your accompanying cheque/draft to the Conference Managers. Cheques/drafts must be made in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges.

Privacy

By registering for the Complex’07 Conference your name, organisation and State/Country will be included on the conference delegate list which is distributed to all delegates at the Complex’07 Conference.

Your privacy is important to us. Therefore, if you do not wish your name to be included in the conference delegate list, please indicate in the tick box on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Delegate registrations may be cancelled up to/including Thursday 31 May 2007 without penalty. Between Friday 1 June and Monday 25 June 2007 (inclusive) you may cancel your registration and receive a 75% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after Monday 25 June 2007. Alternatively you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no penalty. Cancellation or changes to your registration must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers. Please refer to the accommodation section for accommodation cancellation policies.
